The REFOCUS NDIS Program provides culturally appropriate services to our Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander & Cultured community who are receiving funding through the NDIS.
Our experienced and cultured support workers can provide a range of flexible supports to assist NDIS participants and for those who have that extra Support Coordination funding we can provide these services too. We strive to engage and empower Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander & Cultured children, young people, and individuals to achieve their aspirations and to reduce barriers to reach positive outcomes.
