Select Support Services is a Registered NDIS provider owned and operated by a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse and is supported by a small team of equally passionate and skilled Nurses supporting the Cairns region from Palm Cove, Goldsborough and the Tablelands. We offer support with Community Nursing and High Intensity care including:
PEG and stoma management
Wound assessment and management
Continence assessments and recommendations
SPC/IDC management
Medication support, assessments and management including Diabetes.
We are also delighted to be offering Support Coordination as a new service to plan and self-managed participants. With such a strong clinical background, we are keen to support those participants with high intensity clinical care needs.
