Provides full suite of nutrition services by Accredited Practising Dietitians, from children to adults. Health Management have extensive experience working with NDIS participants and are 100% registered with NDIS. Referrals from support coordinators are essential and availability is within 2 weeks. Health Management provide services either in the participants' home or in their 3 clinic locations of Cairns, Atherton and Mareeba.
